Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient who are willing to give inform consent 2 A Katigraha pain and stiffness in lower back diagnosis with clinical symptoms ranging from 6 months to a year and no neurological deficit 3 Katigraha pain and stiffness in lower back patients range in age from 20 to 60 years 4 Patients who are fit for Matravasti procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Myelopathy associated with lumbar and other spinal disc disorders 2 patient with a neurological conditions 3 Traumatic patients 4 Pregnant women and lactating mothers 5 Patient linked to both simple and complicated fractures 6 Patient with Anorectal diseases
