Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2months to 12 months of frozen shoulder. Individuals undergoing physiotherapy treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual with neurological condition. Individual with upper extremity fracture.

1-Pain self-efficacy. 2-Exercise adherenceTimepoint: The outcome measures will be assessed post 1 week of physiotherapy treatment on individuals with 2-12 months of frozen shoulder.It is a one time study.
