COMPARING HEAVY ROPIN(DRUG) TO HEAVY ANAWIN(DRUG) IN TERMS OF BLOOD PRESSURE AND HEART RATE VARIATION IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING SURGERIES UNDER SPINAL ANESTHESIA

A STUDY TO COMPARE THE HAEMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS AND ANALGESIC EFFICACY OF HYPERBARIC ROPIVACAINE AND HYPERBARIC BUPIVACAINE USING FENTANYL AS AN ADJUVANT TO BOTH THE DRUGS IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING INFRAUMBILICAL SURGERIES UNDER SPINAL ANESTHESIA:A RANDOMISED DOUBLE BLINDED CLINICAL TRIAL
