Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: I.Patients presenting with the classical signs and symptoms of Janusandhigatvat janu Shula, janu Shotha, stambha, sparsha-asahyata, janu sandhisphutana,aakunchanaprasarana vedana, vatapurnadrutisparsha,sthanik tapvridhi will be taken for the study. II. Patients of either sex aged between 30 - 75 years. III. X-Ray of Knee joint suggestive of Oesteo arthritic changes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I) patients with known case of uncontrolled diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gouty arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), bone Tuberculosis, injuries and other serious systemic disorders of knee joint. II) Fracture of knee joint. III) Direct and indirect infection of knee joint. IV) History of any surgical procedure of knee joint. V) Any anatomical deformity. VI)Stenosis due to any reasons. VII)Deep vein thrombosis.
