Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with BMI more than or equal to 30kg/m2 and newly diagnosed moderate to severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea by Level I Polysomnography (Philips Respironics USA) in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine and advised positive airway pressure therapy will be recruited for the study after obtaining informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in study Patients with severe orthopaedic or neurological disorders limiting their mobility Severe pulmonary arterial hypertension Exercise-induced syncope Unstable angina or recent Myocardial infarction Refractory fatigue Inability to learn, psychiatric instability and disruptive behaviour. Active infection
