Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 12+ 2.All cases of long bone fractures treated conservatively or operatively showing no/poor sign of union 3.Gender both male and female 4.Patient fulfilling the criteria of non-union and delayed union 5.Patient with only long bone fracture 6.Patient that provides prior consent 7.Patient that has not tried any other modality of treatment 8.Patient with implants 9.Patient that agree for 1 day hospitalisation. 10.Patient that agrees for minimum follow-up till 6 month 11.Patient with comorbidities like Diabetes and Hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient that do not give consent 2.Patient not fulfilling the criteria of non-union and delayed union 3.Patient not willing for PRP injection 4.Patients unfit for autologous donation 5.Patients with thrombocytopenia 6.Patient with positive Viral marker status
