Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Belonging to ASA-PS II or III and posted for surgeries requiring OLV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who declined to participate in the study, scheduled for rapid sequence induction (RSI), those with contraindications for DLT placement, patients with known lesions along the path of the left-sided DLT or EZB, patients with tracheostomy ,patients requiring absolute lung separation ,patients scheduled for bronchial sleeve resection or pneumonectomy
