Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient operated for anorectal surgery. 2) Age group between 18-70 years. 3) Patient of either sex will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with critical surgeries. 2) Surgeries in which laxatives are not recommended 3. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes. 4. Patients with co-morbid condition. 5. Patient with malignancy. 6. Immunocompromised patients

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effect of Aragwadha fal majja for bowel regulation for post-operative anorectal surgeries like consistancy of motion, frequency of motion, straining, bloating, pain, P/R bleeding. Timepoint: Duration 7 days. Follow up on PoD1, PoD3 and PoD7.

1. To study detailed mechanism of aragvadha fal majja as bowel regulator. 2.To study adverse effects of Aragwadha fal majja.Timepoint: Duration 7 days. Follow up on PoD1, PoD3 and PoD7.
