Intervention1: The AI Tool will screen/detect Pulmonary TB and other lung diseases using Chest X- rays.: The soft copy of X-ray of the same patients will be read by AI Tool and will give the diagnosis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All prospective new/old cases coming to the Medicine/chest and TB clinic OPD would be enrolled for the study after the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Only the prospective new/old cases coming to the Medicine/chest and TB clinic OPD would be enrolled for the study after the informed consent.
