Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The samples collected from the centers should be used within a period of 4 weeks. The samples collected from the centers that use autoclaving for sterilization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The sample sterilized pouches those will be perforated will not be included in the study. ï?·Healing abutments sterilized by any other method other than autoclaving.
