Inclusion criteria: Ability to read and write English. Individuals without present history of back pain and ankle sprains (last 6 months) Access to mobile phone on a daily basis,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with present history of back pain and ankle sprains (last 6 months). 2.clinically diagnosed orthopaedic, neurological,cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.

Physical fitness tests 1.Flexibility -Sit and Reach test 2.Core strength(muscular strength)-1 minute partial curl up 3.Muscular endurance -Push ups/ modified push ups 4.Body composition-BMI 5.Aerobic /cardiovascular fitness -6 min walk test 6.Balance Test-Flamingo test Timepoint: the scores will be calculated on the day of testing
