Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are willing to participate voluntarily. Computer professional â?? minimum 6 hours of computer usage in a day from past 2 years. Neck pain (mechanical), Altered posture and performance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not willing to participate. Age above and below the range of 25 â?? 44 years. Any Neuropsychological disorder, radiculopathies, history of previous trauma/head injuries.

1. Visual analogue scale for neck pain. 2. Neck deformity index questionnaire for neck function limitations. 3. Angle measurements of neck region comprising Craniovertebral Angle (CVA), Cranio Horizontal Angle (CHA), Sagittal Shoulder posture (SSP) using mobile application - Apecs : Body Posture Evaluation Timepoint: Pre intervention assessment on Day 0 will include: 1. Visual analogue scale for neck pain. 2. Neck deformity index questionnaire for neck function limitations. 3. Angle measurements of neck region comprising CVA, CHA, SSP using mobile application - Apecs : Body Posture Evaluation Post Intervention same assessment will be done on 4th week, 8th week and 12th week.
