Intervention1: DUAL SUB-SARTORIAL BLOCK: After explaining the details of study and receiving a written informed consent, patients meeting the inclusion criteria will be enrolled for the study purpose.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Candidates posted for unilateral total knee replacement under ASA grading 1, 2, 3 are selected for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal morbidly obese known allergy to anaesthetic and analgesic drugs pre-existong neuromuscular disorders, cognitive dysfunction, psychiatric illness, peripheral neuropathy, valvular heart disease & bleeding disorder.
