Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting to OPD/Casualty With complaint of pain or swelling in scrotum of age more than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are less than one year. 2.Patients who lose follow up 3.Patients not giving consent to participate in study. 4.Patients who have previous history of surgery on the scrotum 5.Patients who did not undergo surgery or histopathological evaluation
