Intervention1: Hand dexterity and function training: Hand dexterity and function training was done in two groups. one group received intervention on land and one group received intervention in water.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults diagnosed with Parkinsonâ??s Disease. Intact cognition and memory â??ONâ?? Medication for PD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults having any other neurological or musculoskeletal condition that would interfere with hand function rehabilitation.
