Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children less than 18 years diagnosed in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology unit for the below mentioned indications and have consented for treatment on standardized institution treatment protocol: 1. Acute lymphoblastic Leukemia during intensive phase of chemotherapy 2. Acute myeloid leukemia during induction and consolidation chemotherapy 3. Lymphoblastic lymphoma undergoing intensive phase of chemotherapy 4. Burkitt lymphoma on intensive chemotherapy treated on LMB protocol 5. Patients undergoing bone marrow transplant 6. Relapsed acute lymphoblastic Leukemia during intensive phase of chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any child who has already been on treatment at a different centre 2. Any child who has a central line inserted at a different centre 3. Any child with solid tumor

1. To estimate the prevalence of MDRO colonisation in stool and CVAD in newly diagnosed children with cancer undergoing intensive chemotherapy at baseline (0 month and 6months)Timepoint: Baseline 6 Months (End of intensive phase of chemotherapy)
