Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Bilateral Hamstring tightness: Sit and reach test value = 26 cm 2 No participation in systematic and specific strength and flexibility training program since 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain since last 6 months 2. History of hamstring injury in the past 6 months 3. History of neurological disease or peripheral neuropathy involving lower limb 4. History of orthopedic disorder affecting lower limb (e.g. femoral fracture, meniscal injury, etc.) 5. Cardiovascular disorders
