Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Fracture proximal 1/3rd and middle 1/3rd shaft of humerus. 2.Age between 16 years and 65 years. 3.Unilateral fracture of shaft humerus. 4.Closed fracture and Gustilo Anderson open Grade I fracture. 5.Fracture less than 4 weeks old. 6.AO type A 1,2 & 3; B1 & B2 fractures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Undisplaced fracture. 2.Fracture distal 1/3rd shaft of humerus. 3.Nonunion. 4.Gustilo Anderson open Grade II, IIIa, IIIb, IIIc. 5.AO type B3 and C fractures. 6.Patient with any neurovascular deficit. 7.Pathological fracture. 8.Associated injury in same limb. 9.Previous humeral surgery.
