Exclusion criteria: History of neck trauma Any painful conditions especially low back pain and neck pain Any recent fracture Soft tissue injuries Any major recent surgery Significant respiratory or neurological condition Pregnant ladies Smokers Postural deformities and chest deformities Hyper mobile joints Any diagnosed case of COPD
