Inclusion criteria: all patients wit upper urinary tract calculus size 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH CONGENITAL ANOMALIES PATIENTS WITH URETERAL AND URETHRAL STRICTURES PATIENTS WITH ASSOCIATED LOWER URETERIC STONES PATIENT WHO ALREADY STENTED
