Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group -18 to 65 2)Male gender 3)ASA 1 and 2 4)Surgery duration of 3-4 hours 5)Elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient with known laryngeal and tracheal pathology 2)Patients with Tracheostomy done .

Significant Changes in ETT cuff pressure from supine to prone position during spine surgeryTimepoint: Changes are monitored from supine to prone position during the spine surgery at o min, 5 min,10 min,30 min , 1 hour , 2 hour and before extubation

MeasureTime frame
To monitor changes in airway leak pressure , peak pressure and hemodynamic parameters in position change from supine to proneTimepoint: Changes measured at 0 min(supine ) , 5 min, 10 min, 30 min,1 hour , 2hour after prone position and right after extubation
