Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group -18 to 65 2)Male gender 3)ASA 1 and 2 4)Surgery duration of 3-4 hours 5)Elective surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient with known laryngeal and tracheal pathology 2)Patients with Tracheostomy done .
