Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for atleast 5 years 2)patient who score less than 7 in self questionnaire of Michigan neuropathy screening instrument and more than 2.5 in physical assessment of Michigan neuropathy screening instrument

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with other neurological complications 2) Individuals with cognitive impairments 3) Individuals who have undergone any recent surgeries that would restrict participation in the study 4) current or previous engagement in a velocity training program 5) Individuals with any medical conditions that would limit exercise training
