Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals between the age group of 18 to 80 years of both genders having clinical features of joint pain. 2.Patient which have complain of joint pain, presenting with Sandhishula (pain in joints), Sandhishotha (swelling over joints), Sandhigraha (stiffness in joints), Sprarshasahatva (tenderness) and Sandhisphutna (crepitus). 3.VAS more than 3. 4.Radiology of the affected joints was not carried out because those patients who were included in the study have already been diagnosed radiologically.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Female patients having pregnancy, breast feeding or post-delivery period. Patients who have done any operation of joint and skin disease. 2.Patients below 18 years and above 80 years of age 3.Patients with some serious illness like cardio-vascular diseases, acute mental disorders, serious acute organic diseases, serious chronic co-morbidity, hypo or hyper thyroid, other kidney, liver or metabolic disorders etc.
