Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Cleft lip and or palate infants of age 6 months and above attending the OPD 2) Mothers who give consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Infants with syndromes or with secondary deformities were excluded. 2) H/O participation in previous research trial 3) Any congenital heart disease
