Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiology class I and II Weight 50-70kgs Patients scheduled for elective supratentorial brain tumour surgeries more than 2.5cm ,symptomatic and with radiological evidence of raised Intracranial pressure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiology class III,IV and V Predicted difficult airway Non consenting patients History of allergy with Ketamine Pregnant and lactating females Patients with organ dysfunction

MeasureTime frame
To compare Intracranial pressure by measuring Optic nerve sheath diameter with two different doses of Ketamine as compared to control groupTimepoint: 1) Before anesthesia induction 2) After 2 minutes of bag and mask ventilation 3) 5 minutes after endotracheal intubation
