Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children posted for all major surgeries under balanced anesthesia for which blood or/and blood products will be arranged. A minimum of 250 such children will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parental refusal to participate in study. 2. Surgeries under local/regional anesthesia.
