Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients belonging to ASA I II III. 2 Aged 60 years or more. 3 Patients undergoing hip or knee arthroplasty under neuraxial block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Dementia. 2 Patient on Antipsychotic drugs. 3 ASA 4. 4 Patients with AMT (abbreviated mental test) score 5 Patients receiving intra operative midazolam or pentazocine.
