Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years to 40 years. Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis / Apical periodontits patients in mandibular molars Pain value - according to NPRS Scale of score >=5 No significant medical problems Patient who could read and understand VAS,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth that had previous endodontic treatment, Periapical Pathology,Immature apex and hot tooth Analgesic ingestion within the last 4 h,  History of any allergic reaction to NSAIDs, History of peptic ulcers or GI bleeding, History of renal or hepatic disease,  Hemorrhagic disorders, Pregnancy and Lactation, Currently taking antiinflammatory agents, anticoagulants, diuretics, oral antidiabetics, lithium, cyclosporine, and methotrexate,  Patients on intrauterine contraceptive device.

VAS Scale readings on a scale of 0 t0 10 assessedTimepoint: Assesed at 3 different stage 1.time of reporting ,before medication 2.30 mins after administration of medication 3.after pulp extirpation during cleaning and shaping

Compare the analgesic effect of premedication between both the tablets to determine which significantly reduces pulpal pain before and during Endodontic treatment. which drug releives pain faster.Timepoint: VAS scale and time in minutes which drug reduces pain faster
