Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting for EUS evaluation of solid pancreatic lesions. 2. Accidentally discovered solid pancreatic lesions during EUS examination for any other cause 3. In patients between 18-80 years there is a solid pancreatic lesion with ambiguous imaging findings in CT or MRI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age under 18 years and more than 80 years 2.Small lesion with size 3.History of any prior gastric surgery or gastrectomy 4.Inability or refusal to provide informed consent. 5.Uncorrected Coagulopathy 6.Patients with cystic pancreatic lesions 7.Critically ill patients
