Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Neurosurgical patients undergoing surgery for glioma, aneurysm,c spine, traumatic brain injury, vp shunt, cerebellar lesions, brainstem lesions under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cervical spine abnormalities, pregnancy, facio maxillary deformity, BMI >30, neuromuscular disorders.
