Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients above the age of 18 years undergoing PCNL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital anomalies of urinary system 2. Incidental malignant renal diseases 3. Patient unfit for surgery 4. Pregnant females.
