Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a minimum of 2 yearsâ?? experience in practicing the postures involving spinal flexion and extension. 2. Healthy volunteers who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with any metabolic diseases 2. Subjects with the history of spinal injury in the past 6 months. 3. Subjects with less than 75% efficiency in reaching the final posture. 4. Female subjects during menstrual cycle. 5. Subjects under medication.
