Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient diagnosed with T2 Diabetes Mellitus with disease onset = 1 year and receiving the pharmacological regimen for the treatment. 2)Aged above 18 years of age, having clear consciousness and understanding, ability, could communicate with researcher in writing or verbally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant and lactating mothers. 2)Patients having history of depression and psychiatric disorders. 3)Patients having dementia, psychosis. 4)Patients experiencing an unpleasant event such as death of relative during prior 3 months. 5)Patients’ inability to cooperate and act autonomously.
