Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy of either gender with ASA Grade 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Antibiotic intake in 7 days prior to surgery 2) Regular corticosteroid therapy, immunodeficiency 3) Pregnancy or lactation
