Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with End Stage Renal Disease on Hemodialysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Patients with surgically correctable causes of renal failure. o Patients with intestinal diseases. o Surgically unfit.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Maintenance of Serum Maintenance of Serum Creatinine at 8-10 mg/dl, potassium, bicarbonate at normal range. Prevention of uraemia and body fluid accumulation. Timepoint: Outcome will be assessed daily and weekly

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Domiciliary dialysis, cheaper alternative, freedom of fluid intake. Decrease in burden of medical expenditures in general and particularly in India. Necessity of Renal Transplantation expected to be decreasedTimepoint: After 6 months
