Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1-2, AGE BETWEEN 18-60 YRS PATIENTS UNDERGOING ELECTIVE NASAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA GRADE3-4, PATIENT REFFUSAL, KNOWN COAGULATION DISORDERS, KNOWN ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHETICS, SYSTEMIC DISORDERS, MORBIDLY OBESE PATIETNS.
