Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: case group Driving heavy vehicle is the first job Driving 8 hrs per day with more than 2 years of work experience Control group Individuals without any noise exposure. Individual who does not drive heavy vehicles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group Individual with hearing loss due to middle ear pathology. Individual with other medical condition such as diabetic mellitus, hypertension etc. Control group Individual with other medical condition such as diabetic mellitus, hypertension etc.

C-VEMP: - Latency is measured in msec and amplitude in µv O-VEMP: - Latency is measured in msec and amplitude in µv Timepoint: 30 weeks

PTA:- Hearing threshold level is measured in dB. Speech Identification Score:- Speeech scoring is measured in percentage % Saccade test :- velocity is measured in °/sec precision is measured in % and latency in msecTimepoint: 30 weeks
