Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Systemically healthy patients in the age range of 25-55 years. 2. Pocket depth of >= 3mm and CAL >=5mm in atleast 2 sites and undergoing single approach flap surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating mother. 2. Subjects with substance abuse. 3. Subjects who have undergone periodontal therapy in last 6 months. 4. Subject with poor oral hygiene after phase I therapy
