Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The count, morphology and mitotic activity of fibroblast assessed through SEM analysis and MTT assay respectively is seen more on periodontally involved root surfaces treated with scaling and root planing and plasma rich in growth factors as compared to periodontally involved root surfaces treated with scaling and root planing alone.Timepoint: At baseline, At day 1 from baseline, At day 3 from baseline, and at day 7 from baseline.
