Intervention1: Mindfulness intervention: The training method is a comprehensive program based on the theory of mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR) and mindfulness- based cognitive therapy(MBCT).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents(students between 10 to 19 years age group) enrolled to the various schools of KIIT University diagnosed to be suffering from an internet addiction disorder who agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular, respiratory, neuroendocrine and organic mental disorders History of chronic antipsychiatric medication use

Alpha and beta EEG wave frequency - Heart Rate Variability measures, both Time and Frequency domain measures (RR,HR,RMSSD,SDNN,LF/HF ratio) of adolescents suffering with internet addiction disorder Timepoint: At basal level,4 weeks and 8 weeks of intervention.
