Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with bilateral teeth indicated for extraction in mandibular region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with systemic illness 2) Postmenopausal women who are under hormonal replacement therapy 3) Patients under anticoagulants, statins 4) Pregnant women 5) Lactating women •Smokers •Patients under chemotherapy •Patients under bisphosphonate therapy
