Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: VO2max less than 45 ml/kg/min and less than 40 ml/kg/min for males and females respectively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any known cardiovascular disorders, peripheral vascular disease, any other absolute contraindications to exercise training, any recent musculoskeletal trauma hindering adequate participation during the assessment or in the exercise training session
