Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients willing to participate in this study. 2 Chronic Mucosal Otitis Media. 3 Patients of both the gender between the age of 18 to 60 years. 4 Dry middle ear cavity for 1 month. 5 Clinically no active disease of nose and throat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with platelet dysfunction syndrome and Low platelets count. 2 History of previous ear surgery. 3 Chronic Squamous Otitis Media. 4 Cases with ossicular discontinuity. 5 Active Rhinosinusitis. â?? Patients with hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus.
