Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Vata Pradhana Prakriti persons after assessment, Person should be apparently healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons taking any regular medicines, major surgery in the last six months, any serious systematic illness, Pregnant females and lactating mothers, regular yoga Practitioner.
