Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To determine the accuracy (sensitivity & specificity) of single channel cystometry by comparing with gold standard multi-channel urodynamic study to diagnose the status of detrusor & sphincter activity in neurogenic bladder dysfunction in spinal cord injury patients.Timepoint: First single channel cystometry will be performed followed by multi channel urodynamic study. Results of both procedures will be assessed at baseline. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To test pressure-volume changes and compliance of urinary bladder, To chck maximum detrusor pressure, To confirm cystometric urinary bladder capacity.Timepoint: The outcomes are to be assessed at baseline, that is after the single channel cystometry followed by multi channel urodynamic study evaluation. | — |
