Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.individuals with osteoarthritis of bilateral knee with unilateral symptomatic knee reporting to physiotherapy department of tertiary care centre. 2.bilateral osteoarthritis of knee based on the (American college of rheumatology) grade 2-3 mild to moderate. 3.Pain between 4-6 on visual analogue scale on activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any medical or surgical conditions which will affect the performance. 2.Individuals using walking aids. 3.Individuals with knee joint deformity or instability.
