Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults of American society of Anaesthesiology physical status I/II aged 18 to 60 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients already on treatment with anti-emetics, steroid medication,or any other drug known to cause emesis currently or in the immediate past 2.Patients with known hypersensitivity to Aprepitant, Ramosetron or Dexamethasone 3.Pregnant or nursing mothers 4.Hepatic, renal or cardiac insufficiency 5.Vomiting within 24 hours before surgery or of any organic etiology
