Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18 to 25 years 2. Able to walk independently without any assistance 3. Both male and female 4. Able to follow verbal commands 5. Montreal Cognitive Assessment >= 26 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any untreated symptomatic illness 2. Any neurological disorder 3. Any musculoskeletal disorder or injury that could affect lower extremity 4. Any cardiovascular or pulmonary disease 5. Any lower limb surgery within past 6 months 6. Significant hearing or vision loss
