Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed CHD patients (within one mont of a confirmed diagnosis of CHD) Participant visitng inpatient and outpatient department of cardiology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant who are not able to satisfactorily respond to the questionnaire Pregnancy with CHD Participant who are not willing to participate in the study
