Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years and older patients of either sex. 2.Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Shushkakshipaka. 3.Patients presenting with signs of MGD â?? a.Ocular dryness. b.Lid margin thickening or irregularity. c.Meibomian gland orifice plugging. d.Cloudy, yellow or frothy meibomian gland secretions. e.Lid margin telangiectasia. f.Meibomian gland capping. 4.TBUT- 5.Schirmer â??test-

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases complicated with acute, chronic, infective conjunctivitis any specific eyelid disorder, corneal ulcer, dacryocystitis and lagophthalmos. 2.Inflammatory diseases unrelated to MGD. 3.Patients suffering from any systemic disorder or taking any medications which in the opinion of PI may affect the clinical outcome of the trial. 4.Contact lenses use. 5.History of ocular surgery within 6 months prior to enrollment in trial.etc
